If you want to build strength and tone your entire body, but you hate weight machines and free-weights, our kettlebell classes are just for you.

Kettlebell training uses a cast-iron, cannonball shaped weight and ballistic, swinging movements to build a structurally sound, flexible, and injury-resistant body. Basic kettlebell movements mimic real-world activities such as shoveling or gardening, creating strength and endurance for everyday life. Each explosive movement engages the entire body, building strength especially in the lower back, core, legs, and shoulders, and increasing grip strength. It's cardio meets strength meets flexibility—and it's super fun!
