I love the water: spending long summer days boating, SUP yoga-ing, and swimming.
What is your favorite yoga posture?
Scorpion Forearm stand (Vrschikasana). I love the challenge and strength of an inversion mixed in with a deep backbend!
What is your favorite virtue?
Kindness- To be kind to others and yourself.
How do you define health?
Health to me is a balance of physical, nutritional, and emotional wellbeing. Living a healthy life is living in moderation and finding balance within your daily activities.
What inspires you?
As a teacher my students inspire me! I love when I see “yoga break throughs” in class, when I see students helping each other and creating a community together. It validates myself as a teacher when a student walks out of my class with a better mindset then when they walked in.
