How do you define health?
By having a healthy mind, body and soul. When you nurture yourself with healthy food, relationships and take care of your body daily, I think that defines health.
Where are you the most happiest?
Anywhere outside in nature, whether it’s at the beach or in the woods. I love the simplicity of being an observer of all that happens in nature, it brings me joy.
What do you value most in your friends?
Their hearts. How they follow their passions and listen to their hearts on a daily basis.
What is your life motto?
Wherever you go, go with all your heart.
