Well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. Maintaining balance in life is key to a peaceful mind, which is where health first begins.
What is your favorite yoga posture?
Triangle is currently my favorite yoga pose; it just feels so yummy and really awakens my body.
What is the quality you like most in people?
The ability to always be positive, compassionate to others, and have a great sense of humor despite how difficult life can be.
What inspires you?
The perseverance, love, and achievements of my friends and family inspires me each and every day to be the best person I can possibly be.
