Begin with a gentle yoga flow, followed by a soothing crystal bowl sound bath amidst fragrant lavender. The sound bath features glass singing bowls that produce healing sound waves, promoting deep relaxation and alleviating tension from the mind, body, and spirit. The highlight of the evening will be the breathtaking supermoon, anticipated to be the closest, largest, and brightest of 2025. Plan on arriving 15 minutes before class begins. The Secret Garden gift shop is open until 6:30 pm - arrive early to visit the gift shop and save 10% on your purchase + use the restroom before class. Restroom facilities will not available after the gift shop closes. Bring your own mat, warm blanket, water and wear cozy layers.
