It is also a time to plant a seed of what you want to grow in life. It is believed that as the moon “grows", your intention will, too. Yoga Nidra – which means yogic sleep – is a deep guided relaxation technique where you are between sleeping and awaking. The practice centers around a guided meditation, lying down on your back with the support of props to deepen the relaxation. You will feel a deep sense of restoration and peace following this special session.All props will be provided for you.

We will begin with intention-setting and gentle movement before sound immersion, which is known to alleviate stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain. Join Naomi and Amy for a hands-on workshop where you'll create your own mala beaded necklace and learn how to use it for mantra meditation. Discover the spiritual significance of malas and mantras, and leave with a mala infused with a personalized meditation mantra to enhance your home practice. Options to align your mala with specific chakras will also be available.

Led by Amy Jane Loeb, LMSW, participants will explore their inner dialogue and learn evidence-based techniques developed by Dr. Kristen Neff. Participants will be encouraged to bring a journal and will be guided through an instructional component, followed by movement & meditation. Fall Equinox YOGA + SOUND BATH, The Secret Garden @ Brys Estate & Vineyard
The fall equinox represents a shift from light to dark, from outward expansion to inner stillness. In that spirit, join Becky for a rejuvenating Fall Equinox yoga + sound bath celebration at The Secret Garden at Brys Estate.
This unique experience combines the beauty of autumn with the tranquility of yoga + sound, creating a perfect day of relaxation and celebration of the changing season.
First, immerse yourself in the beauty of The Secret Garden’s fall colors during a self-guided meditative tour.
Following the meditative tour, lay your mat out in the lavender field to soak in the natural splendor. Becky’s one-hour yoga + sound bath will cater to all levels, whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to the practice.
After the yoga session, indulge in a hard cider crafted with estate-grown apples, with a variety of unique-to-Brys flavors available. You can choose from a selection of hard ciders, and for those who prefer non-alcoholic options, there will be a variety of refreshing beverages available.
