This unique class, hosted at Yen Yoga & Fitness, is dedicated to supporting the physical and emotional well-being of those who tirelessly care for others. Free to all medical providers, it’s a perfect way to express our gratitude and spread the love.

No experience necessary. All materials will be provided, including a yoga mat and props.
