Join us for a two-part workshop designed to help anyone cultivate self-compassion. Led by Amy Jane Loeb, LMSW, participants will explore their inner dialogue and learn evidence-based techniques developed by Dr. Kristen Neff. Discover how to nurture a kinder relationship with yourself in a supportive environment with different “on-the-ground” approaches. Participants will be encouraged to bring a journal and will be guided through an instructional component, followed by movement & meditation.
