Join Naomi Cole for a wonderfully restorative yoga Nidra pop-up class honoring the new moon. The new moon is a time of intention and new beginnings. It is also a time to plant a seed of what you want to grow in life. It is believed that as the moon “grows,” your intention will, too. Yoga Nidra – which means yogic sleep – is a deep guided relaxation technique where you are between sleeping and awaking. The practice centers around a guided meditation, lying down on your back with the support of props to deepen the relaxation. You will feel a deep sense of restoration and peace following this special session.All props will be provided for you.
Please wear comfortable clothing and if desired, bring an eye pillow.
