Sun salutations are the foundation of yoga movement, or asana. The ancients practiced these movements as a way to settle the body, mind and spirit in preparation for worship. In this workshop led by Lisa Peacock and Beka McGill, you will learn tips to protect your shoulders and back, strengthen your core and your upper body, and explore variations and modifications so that you can fully enjoy and benefit from your practice.
