Ahhhh....Nidra! Also known as the “sleep” of yoga, the Nidra practice will begin with you comfortably reclined on your mat. Naomi will take you through a series of relaxation prompts, visualizations and breathing exercises to completely calm your nervous system and reboot your brain. Yoga Nidra is a treat for the mind, body and spirit; one session is equivalent to a deep night’s sleep. If you suffer from anxiety, insomnia, or are undergoing a serious health/wellness change, come join us for Yoga Nidra.
