Naomi Cole | Yoga

Naomi has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She was first introduced to Yoga at 8 years old. She believes in all the ways yoga helps to restore our lives, it is very healing to the mind, body and the soul. Naomi is passionate to teach others and have them personally learn the benefits of practicing yoga. Helping others to find their balance and peace is her goal in teaching. Naomi has been trained in Hatha Yoga under Jenny Lintvedt and Heidi Dietrich through Yen Yoga & Fitness in Traverse City MI. She has earned her 200 hour Yoga Certification and is registered through Yoga Alliance.

Naomi has also always enjoyed the benefits to the body that Pilates and Barre offers. Loving dance since childhood, Barre has been one of her favorite ways to get a great workout with amazing results. She is trained in Xtend Barre (Pilates and Dance Amplified).

When Naomi is not practicing yoga or at the barre, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Cappy and Cedar. She loves being outdoors, hiking and camping, traveling, soap and pottery making, just being an artist, volunteering, helping with charity work, and is a health connoisseur.
