The Details

Resting in this deep state of relaxation allows your body an opportunity for healing and regeneration on a cellular level.

2020 session will be rescheduled, dates to be determined

Days 1 and 2 are open to all wishing to learn more about the practice and science of Yoga Nidra as students. Day 3 is designed for certified yoga teachers wishing to learn the art of leading others in this powerful practice.

Yoga Nidra is growing in popularity in the West, for very good reason. The regular practice of Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep with awareness, offers many wonderful benefits, including complete release of all physical and mental tension and a deeper level of consciousness, allowing you to access the deepest levels of your mind and examine your long held beliefs and habits. Resting in this deep state of relaxation allows your body an opportunity for healing and regeneration on a cellular level, as well as mental assimilation and processing, for better mental stability and health. Those who practice Yoga Nidra report better sleep patterns, recovery from stress and anxiety, and a deeper, more meaningful yoga practice, as well as improved relationships with others. Yoga Nidra is also used for relief in cases of PTSD, grief support, and pain management.
