Class Update: Community Hike and Meditation with Heather

Join Yen Yoga and Fitness for a mindful walk as we explore the trails and beauty of Northern Michigan together. Throughout the hike, there will be chances to meet and connect with members of the community as well as a guided breathing meditation to connect your body and mind to the healing powers of nature. The meeting location will rotate each month to explore new trails. Hikes will be under 2 miles long and are open to all fitness levels. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle.
