Join Becky under the radiant Strawberry Moon at The Secret Garden at Brys Estate.
Sound baths feature glass singing bowls, which produce healing sound waves for deep relaxation. The star of the evening, however, is the rising strawberry moon, one of 12 full moons in 2024. All students attending the sound bath will receive a complimentary mini lavender essential oil from The Secret Garden at Brys Estate. All participants will also receive 10% off at the garden shop. Unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself in this idyllic setting, as the sounds and scents work in harmony to bring you a sense of inner serenity.
Plan on arriving 15 minutes before class begins. The Secret Garden shop will be open at 6:30pm for a special shopping event. Participants receive 10% off all purchases. Bring your own mat, water and wear layers.
