Heather Witkop Hall | Yoga

When Heather first stepped into a yoga studio 10 years ago, she knew this was something magical. Ever since then, yoga has helped her to feel confident, empowered, and centered. The practice of yoga reminds Heather to be present in her relationships, and break through self-limiting fears in order to take control of her own life.

Heather completed her 200 hr teaching from Yen Yoga & Fitness in 2013, and has continued to be a student ever since.

She loves to incorporate pranayama and challenge poses into her classes. Heather’s goal is to create a relaxed and safe environment where students can play, grow, and deepen their practice. Her hope is that students leave feeling balanced and inspired!
